Trzebinia: Thanks to these they should know
An extraordinary man, Father Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan, influenced by the words from John's Gospel:"Now this is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ," he began the timeless work, still continued today by the members of the Salvatorian Family. The Priests play here a special role: they preach the Word and administer the Sacraments.

On July 6-15, 2013, in Dobroszyce, will begin the greatest Salvatorian meeting for young people. At the 20th Salvatorian Youth Forum, organized by the Salvatorian Youth Movement, will arrive several hundreds of young people, who are going to deepen their Faith, get acquainted with the Salvatorian charism, develop their talents, while participating in diverse workshops and experiencing joy, that comes from life in community.
Film on the Bible made by the Salvatorians nominated at the International Catholic Films and Multimedia Festival
This year, at the International Catholic Film and Multimedia Festival in Niepokalanów, Poland, the film “Oh the Bible, my Fatherland,” produced by the Salvatorian „Studio Katolik,” was nominated in the category of documentary films for regular and special award. The film was enthusiastically received and is widely appreciated.
Australia: Francis Jordan Catholic School
On January 1st 2013 what was once known as Currambine Catholic Primary School became Francis Jordan Catholic School. On 8 March 2013, twenty Salvatorian Priests concelebrated a Holy Mass of Renaming and Rededication, in the school hall, with participating students, staff and parents. Among the Salvatorians were: Fr. Chris Kowalczyk SDS from the General Council, Rome and Fr. Bogusław Loska SDS from the Provincial Council, Poland.
Fr. Vladislav Ondrej Drda SDS (1927 – 2013)
His confreres will remember Fr. Ondřej as happy, pious and industrious religious and priest. On Tuesday, March 12, in Prostejov (Czech Republic) the Divine Savior called Fr. Vladislav Ondřej Drda to Eternal Life. The funeral took place on March 16th, at Saints Peter and Paul church in Prostejov.
Fr. Jan Egidiusz Blokesz SDS (1928-2013)
Fr. Jan Egidiusz (religious name) Blokesz was born on February 8th 1928 in Radlin (Diocese of Katowice). In 1935 he began his elementary education in Obszary and completed it during the German occupation. Then he began his professional education in a trade school in Wodzisław.
Fr. Józef Wątroba SDS (1930 - 2013)
Fr. Józef Wątroba was born on February 20th 1930 in Łazy near Bielsko-Biała. In the beginning of September 1952 he entered the Society of the Divine Savior. In July 1953 he began the novitiate formation in Bagno and received his religious name: Janusz. On July 8th 1954 he made his first religious profession and on July 8th 1957, in Bagno, he took the perpetual vows.
Fr. Marian Madlewski (1934-2013)
Fr. Marian Madlewski was born on September 26th 1934 in Czaple Wielkie near Miechów. On August 14th 1952 he entered the novitiate of the Society of the Divine Savior, in Bagno, and received his religious name: Cyprian. He took his first religious profession on August 1953 roku in Bagno and his final profession on August 15th 1957, also in Bagno.
Fr. Władysław Węglarz (1950 - 2012)
Fr. Władysław Węglarz was born on September 22nd 1950 in Półrzeczki. From September 1964 he lived, for one year, in the community house of the Society of the Divine Savior in Kraków – Zakrzówek, in order to complete the 8th grade of his elementary education. On September 23rd 1965 he entered the Salvatorian Novitiate in Bagno, where on September 23rd 1966 he made his first religious profession.
Fr. Stanisław Moździerz SDS (1936-2012)
Fr. Stanisław Moździerz was born on July 6th 1936 in Czyszki near Lvov. In 1945 together with his parents Jan and Rozalia they were resettled to the “reclaimed territories” and from 1946 they lived in Trzebnica. On July 30th 1953 he asked for admittance to the Society of the Divine Savior. He entered the novitiate in Bagno in September 1953 and received the name of Władysław. One year later he made his first religious profession.
